• We do not store or process payment card information directly.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

6. Shipping and International Orders

Free delivery on all orders.

Gemm & Garnet ships orders within 48 hours after payment details are received, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is subject to credit approval and stock availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, you will be contacted by email to resolve the issue.

All shipments are made through DHL Express.

Delivery

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and Gemm & Garnet is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery time.

We do not ship to BFPO, PO Box, or APO/FPO addresses.

Duties & Taxes

Gemm & Garnet is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees, or any additional charges applicable to international orders.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided to ensure timely delivery. Customs duties and import taxes will still apply if the package is returned due to non-payment and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Every Gemm & Garnet piece is meticulously crafted and subjected to a rigorous quality control process before leaving our atelier. Our garments are crafted with precision, and their integrity is essential to our standards.

If, upon receiving your order, you observe any irregularity or concern related to the condition or fit of your piece, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at concierge@gemmandgarnet.com within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will request clear photographs of the item and its original packaging. Our specialists will assess the situation and guide you through the appropriate next steps, in alignment with our quality standards and product availability.

We do not offer size exchanges for panties, suspenders, or garter belts. For this reason, we provide a detailed size guide to help you determine your correct fit. If you have any questions, we will be pleased to assist you throughout this process. Our size guide is designed to be precise and reliable.

Only bras may be considered for a size exchange. Customers are required to cover any return shipping costs incurred. Once the request has been approved by our team, the new size will be shipped at no additional cost.

Pieces must remain in pristine, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and kept within their original bag and packaging. Any bra displaying signs of wear, alteration, stains, odors, deodorant marks, or makeup will not be eligible for a size change.

All requests require prior authorization before any item is returned.

Detailed instructions will be provided when applicable to ensure a seamless process.

Items received without prior approval will be returned to the sender.
